2018 Color Trends & Armchair Styles

Notice the two different styles pictured in the armchairs pictured below. The checkered piece has a more traditional, high-back look while the other looks more mid-century with its straight chair legs and shorter frame. Both looks make use of beautiful, rich color. Coral is a big contender in this year’s color spectrum. Coral, and its various shades, can make a bland room pop and add interest to a tired looking piece of furniture.

Grey has been the go-to color over the last few years and while it remains an ever-popular design choice, we’ve been seeing an increase of bold colors this season.
