Do you offer financing?

Yes! We offer 12 months same as cash financing through Wells Fargo. In to finance your order you must be pre-approved by Wells Fargo. Give us a call and we would be happy to help start you with the approval

How long will delivery take?

We have partnered with At Home Warehouse & Delivery for our delivery service. A typical order usually arrives to their warehouse in 6-8 weeks, where it is fully inspected and then scheduled for delivery. If you purchase an item off the showroom floor we can usually have it delivered within a week or less. At Home Warehouse & Delivery schedules all deliveries and we have limited control over when items are able to be delivered.

If you have purchased multiple items with different receiving dates you can opt to have your furniture delivered in multiple shipments but you will be responsible for all additional fees.

What is your warranty?

We only work with vendors that stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of their products. With that being said we understand that issues may arise with an item that you’ve purchased. Because we work with a wide range of vendors and each of which have their own warranty policy, we take of any warranty related issues you may have. Please email us a description of the issue along with photos, if possible, and we will contact the vendor on your behalf to get a resolution.

What is your policy on returns?

Ordered In Store:

We understand that you may get a piece back to your home and realize that the style, size or finish doesn’t fit with your current decor; therefore, we offer a 3 day return, for a full refund, on any non-clearance or special order pieces. All clearance items or special order pieces are final sale.

Ordered Online:

If you receive your order as purchased as well as free of damage or defect and you desire to return it you will be charged a 25% restocking fee as well as responsible for the cost of shipping back to the store. The original shipping cost, if applicable, is non-refundable. For more information on the eligibility of an item for return, you may call us at (248) 624-6700.

I received a damaged / incorrect piece. What do I do?

All orders are fully inspected by At Home Warehouse and Delivery before it is delivered to you. With that said we understand that damage or an error can occur. If such a case does happen, please give us a call immediately. We will work with the vendor and/or At Home Warehouse & Delivery to get you issue resolved as quickly as possible.

Can I customize my piece?

Most of our furniture items can be customized with your choice of upholstery, size, finish, etc. Each vendor has their own selection of upholstery and finish options. Let us know what you are interested in and we can let you know what your customization options are.

Several of our art pieces can have their sizing customized. If you have a particular size or look you are needing, let us know. We are happy to help find a piece that is perfect
