Modern Interior Design Inspiration

Do you ever feel stressed out by all the great modern interior design ideas out there? We do love spending hours on pinterest and blogs, and they are awesome tools for inspiring modern interior design ideas. But, like we’ve said, too much information can be overwhelming.

Our store is designed to inspire, and our staff are all trained designers who can help you unleash your inner artist. We like to take that same effort to our friends on the internet. This mood board is built to inspire and educate!

1. Go ahead, mix patterns! If you do, use clean and simple patterns to avoid an eyesore potential. Clean lines on clean lines, with mixed neutrals and cool colors, is exceptionally perfect.  This is little corner of our warehouse looks stunning, don’t ya think?? We love adding a little texture with another warm neutral in this blank2

 

2. Here we are using the same instructions as above. Instead of an entire loveseat, you could use just a lamp, corner table or some cushions as the focus of your mixed patterns. I wish you could feel these pillows over the internet, they’re so fun to squish!

3. This livingroom set up is one of our showroom favorites. We used a bold neutral-gold, which is a really artistic and beautiful way of decorating. See how the shapes are all cousins to each other, but, they’re not too similar or too different? If we used sharp lines, bold golds, and say, pocadots, the design gets too unbalanced. Like anything in life, design is about keeping a certain (sometimes precarious) balance.
