Perennial Corktown Apartments

We were honored to be able to help furnish three models in the Historic Perennial Corktown Apartments. We created a clean-lined, contemporary vibe that was warm and inviting. The units work perfectly for a professional or someone just looking to enjoy living in Detroit.

The one-room concept of a studio was a new challenge for us it laid out perfectly with plenty of space to eat, sleep, and relax while still feeling roomy.

TOWNHOUSE

The two-bedroom townhouse features 3 floors and an amazing rooftop deck with views overlooking the Corktown neighborhood. The basement includes a garage and a flex room that we made into an office. The first floor has an open plan living room, kitchen, and dining room, making it a great space for entertaining. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor with a separate master suite. The roof top deck is an amazing space that is perfect for outdoor entertaining.
